(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The review applicants herein figured as respondents 6, 7 and 9 to 14 in W.P.(MD)No.18810 of 2019. The said writ petition was disposed of by the Hon'ble Division Bench on 13.10.2022 in the following terms:- "4.In view the abovesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the official respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.07.2019 on merits and in accordance with law. If there is any encroachment, the authorities concerned shall remove the same, after affording sufficient opportunity to all the parties concerned and by following due process of law. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs."

3.Since the rights of the review applicants have been sufficiently protected and nothing has been decided on merits, we are of the view that the order does not warrant review. Hence, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed. Consequently, Rev.Apl.W.(MD)No.SR78245 of 2022 is dismissed at the SR stage itself. No costs.
