This petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 15.03.2024 in IA No.2/2024 in HMOP No.124 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Trichy, Trichy District. 1/3

2. When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending Civil Revision Petition, the HMOP was dismissed for default on 03.12.2024.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is directed to pay the monthly interim maintenance ordered by the trial Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
