: Respondents/Appellants PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents/contemnors for their wilful deliberate and wilful disobedience order of this Court dated 29.02.2016, made in W.A.(MD).No.322 of 2016, under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts, Act, 1971.

The Writ Appeal was filed praying to set aside interim order dated 18/01/2016 in WMP.(MD).No.670/2016 in WP.(MD).No.830/2016 by this Court.

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition was filed praying to grant an Ad Interim orders directing the 4th respondent District Educational Officer to provisional approve forthwith the appointment of G. Arul Jeyarani as Tamil Pandit in the petitioner school w.e.f the date of her appointment on 02.06.2014 with all attendant benefits within a reasonable time as may be prescribed by this Honourable Court, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

Prayer in WP(MD). 830/ 2016 :

This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent District Educational Officer in A.Thi.Mu.No.3313/Aa4/2014 dated 03.07.2014, quash the same and further direct the 4th respondent District Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of G.Arul Jeyarani as Tamil Pandit in the petitioner school w.e.f the date of her appointment viz., 02.06.2014 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.
