ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent Police to provide Police protection for the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint, dated 29.08.2025 was enquired into and closed as it disclosed only a civil dispute.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the fourth respondent, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
