2.This Court vide order dated 07.04.2025 remanded the claim petition in CP.No.34 of 2013 and directed the Labour Court, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of the matter within a period of three months. Now, the Presiding Officer(FAC), Labour Court, Tiruchirappalli has submitted a requisition letter, dated 09.10.2025 seeking further three months time to dispose the above said case. 3.In view of the above, the time to dispose the claim petition in CP.No.34 of 2013 is extended as prayed for.
