O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to give suitable instruction to the second respondent to take necessary action based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2023 within the period of stipulated by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner gave a compliant on 24.09.2023 and the same is not considered by the respondent police so far. Hence, this petitioner has filed this petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

3. In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to enquire the petitioner's complaint dated 24.09.2023, by issuing summons to the petitioner as well as the counter parties and to dispose of the same within a period of 15 days from the date of 2/4

appearance of the parties. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the petitioner if still aggrieved, may workout his remedy through the appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. W.M.P(MD).No.23153 of 2023 has been filed to implead the petitioner as a proposed third respondent in this case. Since only the complaint is pending, at this stage, this petition is not maintainable. Hence, W.M.P(MD).No.23153 of 2023 is closed.
