(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Prayer in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to demolish the building constructed by the fifth respondent which is an unapproved building situated in Survey No.211/8B Aaganivayal Village, Aaganivayal Circle and Post, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudhukottai District by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.11.2019 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner has not impleaded the competent authority viz., the President, Village Panchayat, Aranthangi, Pudhukottai District, who is competent for taking action for removal of unauthorized construction in the building in question, as a party respondent in this Writ Petition. 3.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to give a fresh representation to the President, Village Panchayat, Aranthangi, Pudhukottai District, for taking action for removal of unauthorized construction in the building in question. 4.With the above liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
