PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body or person of the detenue namely Swarnalatha, D/o.Arumugam, (aged 21 years) before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.The petitioner is the husband of the detenue. The detenue has been produced before us. We had an interaction with her. She makes it clear that that she does not want to go with the petitioner and that she wants to go only with her parents. The detenue is aged about 22 years. She has right to make her own decision.
