PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2017, requesting the first respondent to settle the petitioner's retirement benefit, gratuity and earn leave encashment amount within a time limit fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2017.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that with reference to the prayer sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent has already passed a final order on 19.12.2017 and the same has also been communicated to the petitioner. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
