Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant the petitioner 4th and 5th review benefit and to revise petitioners pay in the post of Checking Inspector with retrospective effect from 01.09.2010 in terms of Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.61 Transport (C) Department dated 30.04.2015 and as per settlement dated 22.01.2011 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further directing the Respondents to pay the difference amount in petitioner's salary and to pay difference in petitioner's retirement benefits including difference amount in monthly pension, gratuity, leave salary, commuted value of pension and all other attendant benefits payable to petitioner from 01.10.2011 to till date together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum. O R D E R

This Court, by order dated 10.03.2016, in W.P.(MD).No.4829 of 2016 directed the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.01.2016 by taking into account G.O.Ms.No.61, Transport (C) Department dated 30.04.2015 and Clause 1 of the settlement, dated 13.04.2015 entered under Section 12(3) of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, within a period of eight weeks. Since the respondents herein have not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, by producing the proceedings of the second respondent herein in jmNghf/rl;lk;/r1/171 dated 03.06.2016, submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has already been complied with and nothing survives in this contempt petition.

3.Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
