This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to remove the Warning Board erected in survey No.108/1A, in Vadakarai Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District.
2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.10.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other aggrieved parties, if any, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
