2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was a love affair between the petitioner herein and one Subramanian and also they got married on 09.12.2022. Thereafter, they are now living together. Based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, who is the father of the petitioner, now the second respondent is harassing her. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein, case in Crime No.379 of 2022, on the file of Thirugokarnam Police Station, was registered, under the caption woman missing. Only on that basis the petitioner was summoned. Without appearing before the respondent police, she has filed the present petition.

4.Let the petitioner appear before the respondent police and give her statement. Based on the statement to be given by the petitioner, further action may be dropped by the respondent police. 5.This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly. 15.12.2022 2/4
