Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent dated 21.09.2015 in Na.Ka.No.2553/2014/Sa.Pa. and quash the same.
