J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This writ appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single Judge, dated 06.11.2019, passed in W.P.(MD) No.23406 of 2019.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent - Transport Corporation, on instructions, submitted that the terminal and pensionary benefits due to the appellant / writ petitioner have already been settled.

3. If the pension scheme in force is applicable to the appellant, the respondent - Transport Corporation is directed to consider the same in the manner known to law.

4. With the above observation, the writ appeal is disposed of. No costs.
