This petition has been filed to issue summons to the contemnor/respondent herein and deal with him in accordance with law for his willful disobedience of the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.23128 of 2015, dated 07.12.2015.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would that the earlier order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23128 of 2015, dated 07.12.2015 has been complied with, after investigating the case in Cr.No.297 of 2015, it has been closed as mistake of fact and the referred charge sheet notice has also been served on the petitioner on 21.09.2016. He would also submit that there is no Sub-Inspector of Police in the name of Ms.Kavitha in Tenkasi Police Station.

3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
