ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaints given by the petitioner as well as the third respondent, CSR Nos.920 and 921 of 2022 came to be registered and that after enquiry, taking note of the statement given by the parties that they would sort out their pathway issues, the complaints were ordered to be closed. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
