O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy in C.C.No.352 of 2023 to dispose of the case.

2.The grievance of the petitioners is that due to pendency of the said case, he is unable to attend interview and also to get job. Hence, he request this Court to complete the trial within a stipulated time. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.456 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC. Thereafter, the respondent police has filed a final report and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.352 of 2023. 4.Considering the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and his bona fide, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy, to dispose the case in C.C.No.352 of 2023 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
