COMMON ORDER These contempt petitions are filed by the petitioners for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD)Nos.760 to 763 of 2016 and W.M.P(MD)Nos.586 to 589 of 2016, dated 12.01.2016. By the aforesaid order, this Court has granted interim injunction restraining the bank from publishing the photographs of the petitioners in the newspapers or magazine or journal as stated in the impugned order dated 30.12.2015. 2.It is the grievance of the petitioners that though interim order of injunction has been granted, the respondent bank put up flex board inside the bank premises exhibiting their photographs along with some objectionable wordings. 3.Perusal of the interim order shows that the order has been passed only to restraining the respondent bank from publishing the photographs of the petitioners in the newspapers or magazine or journal as stated in the impugned order dated 30.12.2015 but not restraining the respondent from putting up any flex board.
4.Therefore, it is unnecessary to pursue contempt against the respondent. Hence, the contempt petitions are dismissed. No costs.
