ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry without following due process of law.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the fifth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner appeared and gave a statement that he will settle the issue. Only on the basis of the statement, the complaint was closed on 13.10.2023, eventhough, it has been stated by the petitioner that he was compelled to give that statement.

3. In any event, the case was closed and no case is pending against the petitioner as of now. Hence, there is no question of harassment. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as unnecessary. 07.11.2023 NCC :
