Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 14.10.2022 with Annexure and the consequential impugned order dated 14.10.2022 with annexure on the file of third respondent and the consequential impugned order dated 15.10.2022 in Ka.No.EniPo/V/Mylaudy/A.No.241/22 on the file of fourth respondent and quash the illegal and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 herein to conduct inspection and ensure that the Electricity connections in Service Nos. 145-017-183, 145-017-188, 145-017-250, 145-017-232 and 145-017-269 in the name of the petitioner are placed in the correct Survey Numbers in which it was sanctioned and consequently directed the respondents 3 and 4 herein to return the penalty amount charged on the petitioner after detections within the timeframe stipulated by this Court.
