Prayer in MP(MD). 2/ 2013 in WP(MD).7078/2013 : To grant an Ad interim orders directing the 3rd Respondent , District Elementary Educational Officer to approve the appointment of S.Robert as Secondary Grade Teacher in the petitioner school w.e.f. the date of his appointment on 07.09.2012 with all attendant benefits within a reasonable time as may be prescribed by this Honourable Court with a condition that he should pass the Teachers Eligibility Test within 5 years from the date of appointment , pending disposal of the above WP. Prayer in WP(MD). 7078/ 2013 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent Assistant Elementary Educational Officer in A.Thi.Mu.No. 1262/A1/2012 dated 27.11.2012 , quash the same and further direct the 3rd respondent District Elementary Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of S.Robert as Secondary Grade Teacher in the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

ORDER

The contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for willful and wanton disobedience of the order passed by this Court in M.P(MD).No.2 of 2013 in W.P.(MD)No.7078 of 2013, dated 29.04.2013.

2. Heard Mr.T.Cibi Chakraborthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the period from 07.09.2012 to 01.06.2015, the entire salary for the petitioner was paid and now he is working in Sivagangai District. The learned counsel has produced the order of the District Elementary Educational Officer, Ramanathapuram District in Na.Ka.No.1719/m2/2013, dated 20.10.2017.

4.Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
