Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M.KARUNANITHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.T.ANTONY SAHAYA PRABAHAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The sentence imposed on the petitioner was suspended vide order dated 21.06.2024. The petitioner was directed to stay at Dharmapuri and report before the Inspector of Police, Dharmapuri Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The petitioner has been complying with the said condition since 01.07.2024. We are satisfied that a case for relaxation has been made out. The condition imposed on the petitioner is modified. The petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the 1st working day of every month. This criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed accordingly.
