perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.KARUNANITHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.E.ANTONY SAHAYA PRABAHAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The sentence imposed on the petitioners was suspended vide order dated 02.08.2024. They were directed to report before the Fair Lands Police Station, Salem daily at 10.30 a.m. The petitioners have been complying with the said condition since 23.09.2024.

3. The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioners are being put to considerable hardship.

4. Taking note of the said submission, we modify the condition imposed on the petitioners. The petitioners shall report before the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Kumbakonam on 1st working day of every month.
