ORDER

****** [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order passed by this Court dated 18.04.2016, made in W.A.(MD)No.627 of 2016.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court dated 18.04.2016 has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.378/A1/2016, dated 15.12.2016, for perusal of this Court.

3. In view of the above, since the order of this Court dated 18.04.2016, made in W.A.(MD)No.627 of 2016, has been complied with, we are of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition is closed accordingly.
