Prayer in MP(MD). 1/ 2015 in CRL OP(MD).12984/2015 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay all further proceedings in crime.No.8 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent pending disposal of the above quash petition filed to call for the First Information Report pertaining to the case in Crime.No.8 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12984 of 2015 dated 13.07.2015.

2. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the case was taken as C.C.No.114 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur. Thus, the order has been complied with by the respondent.
