This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to afford adequate police protection for opening, occupation of the property comprised in Door No.1/1, 1/5,44, New No.5, I.V.Subbiah Theru, Maninagaram, Madurai - 625 001, life, liberty as against the respondents 2 and 3.
2. Inspite of repeated adjournments, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. So, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
