Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act , praying this Court to punish the respondents for wifully disobeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23417 of 2015, dated 15.3.2016.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st Respondent in his Proceeding sin G.O. Ms. No. 115 dated 30.05.2007 and the consequent order passed by the 4th respondent in his Proceedings in A.Mu.No. 3249/A4/2011 dated 13.06.2011 and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents 1 to 4 to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Junior Assistant in the 5th respondent School from the date of appointment on 02.05.2011 by passing appropriate orders on teh proposal submitted by the 5th respondent dated 16.05.2011, in the light of the orders passed in W.A. No. 1256 of 2013 dated 09.09.2015 with all consequential attendant benefits including arrears of salary with interest within the time.
