Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order of suspension issued by the first respondent in his proceedings in R.C.No.1939/A5/2016 dated 25.07.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to regularize the services of the petitioner with all attendant monetary benefits. Prayer in WMP(MD). 10415/ 2016 :

To grant an order of interim stay of all further proceedings in pursuance to the order of suspension issued by the first respondent in his proceedings in R.C.No.1939/A5/2016 dated 25.07.2016 pending disposal of the above Writ Petition. ORDER

This Court, by the order dated 04.08.2016 in W.P(MD) No.14032/2016 and W.M.P(MD)No.10415/2016 has granted an interim stay, staying the suspension order until further orders and also directed reinstatement of the petitioner in service forthwith. 2.Contending that the conduct exhibited by the respondents amounted to willfull disobedience to the order passed by this Court, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 3.Learned Special Government Pleader has produced the proceedings of the 1st respondent/District Elementary Educational Officer, Theni District, dated 12.09.2016, by which, the petitioner has been reinstated in service as Secondary Grade Teacher in Government Middle School, Nariyuthu and therefore, he submitted that the order made in WP(MD)No.17092 of 2013, dated 08.01.2014, being complied with, this contempt petition may be closed. Proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 12.09.2016 is placed on record.
