same day on merits in relating to Crime No.34/2021 dated 27.01.2021 on the file of the second respondent.

ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. A.Thiyagarajan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M.Vaikkam Karunanithi Government Advocate (Crl. Side), for the respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.18063 of 2023 dated 10.10.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce the sureties, since the petitioners are unable to execute sureties, within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.18063 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
