O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to issue necessary police protection to the life and limp of the petitioner and his family on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 16.10.2023 to the first and second respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, the petitioner has lodged a complaint against the third respondent, for which, the third respondent had threatened the petitioner to withdraw the case. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.950 of 2023, on 02.11.2023 and the same was closed by directing the petitioner and the third respondent to approach the competent civil Court. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. If 2/4
