O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for his willful, deliberate and intentional disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7273 of 2016 dated 02.06.2016.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instruction submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 02.06.2016, enquiry was conducted on the complaint of the petitioner and the same was closed on 31.07.2016 and closure report was sent to the petitioner on 12.09.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Since the order of this Court dated 02.06.2016 was complied with, there is no necessity to pass any further order in this

contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed.
