ORDER
This Writ Petition was referred to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai to explore the possibility of a settlement of the dispute between the parties.

A Mediation Report dated 26.03.2021 sent by the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, has been received, wherein it is stated as follows:- "Mediation Completed. Agreement enclosed."

As per the Mediation report dated 26.03.2021, the petitioner as well as the respondents have arrived at a settlement and it was reduced in to writing. The terms and conditions of the agreement has been duly signed by the parties, which reads as follows:
"(i) The case is settled amicably through mediation. (ii) Both parties complaints before the Ilayangudi Police Station will be withdrawn by the parties against each other.
(iii) The respondents have no objection to give and treat the petitioner like other villagers and all will live together peacefully.
(iv) The Church Bell is to be rung and it will be announced on 08th April 2021. That the matter is peacefully settled. No other complaints and grievance between the parties."

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner as well as the respondents have entered into a settlement, in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, which is recorded by the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, in its Report dated 26.03.2021, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The Settlement Agreement and the report of the Mediation Centre shall form part of this order. No costs.
