ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act in Cr.No.Not Known of 2023, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 25.10.2023, the first petitioners along with other accused came to the defacto complainant's office, abused him using filthy language, attacked and threatened the defacto complainant. Hence, the defacto complainant had given a complaint against the petitioners before the respondent Police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint given by the defacto complainant in at enquiry stage and there is no First Information Report is registered against the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), there shall be a direction to the respondent Police to complete the above said enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/3

5. With the above said direction, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
