This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorai, calling for the records on the file of the first respondent pertaining to the proceedings in P.G.I.A.5/2014 & P.G.26/2014 dated 24.10.2016 and quash the same as illegal. 2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, through video conferencing, made a submission that the matter was settled between the petitioner and the second respondent, out of the Court and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. To that effect, the learned counsel filed a memorandum of settlement before this Court.

W.P.(MD)No.19751 of 2017 3.It is needless to state that whatever the amount deposited by the Management before this Court or Labour Court, the second respondent is entitled to receive the same. Both parties are directed to comply with the Memorandum of Settlement, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
