(Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.,) Heard Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and carefully perused the materials placed on record.

2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 19.08.2015, made in W.P.(MD). No.14938 of 2015, on the file of this Court.

3. The respondent / contemner has filed an affidavit, dated 07.02.2017, reporting full compliance and also stating that the petitioners have given letter, dated 26.10.2016, indicating that the action taken by the District Collector, Tuticorin and other officials are fully satisfactory to them.

4. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
