[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary action in accordance with law for the illegal and unauthorised construction made by the fifth respondent, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.08.2017.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent, on instructions, submitted that though the petitioner made an allegation that the fifth respondent has made unauthorised construction, the fifth respondent has approached the respondent - Municipality and obtained a revised building plan approval for the building in question and therefore, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
