Prayer in WMP(MD). 8612/ 2016 :

To grant an Ad Interim Stay of the operation of the impugned suspension order issued by the 4th respondent in his proceedings No.1/2015 dated 14.06.2016 and the consequential impugned charge memo issued by the 4th respondent in his proceedings No.2/2015 dated 14.06.2016 pending disposal of the above Writ Petition.

Prayer in WP(MD). 11249/ 2016 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned suspension order issued by the 4th respondent in his proceedings No.1/2015 dated 14.06.2016 and the consequential impugned charge memo issued by the 4th respondent in his proceedings No.2/2015 dated 14.06.2016 and quash the same as illegal. ORDER

This Court, by the order dated 05.08.2016, made in W.M.P(MD) No.8612 of 2016 in W.P(MD)No.11249 of 2016, issued an order of interim stay of the operation of the suspension order issued by the fourth respondent therein, dated 14.06.2016 and the consequential impugned charge memo, for a period of four weeks. 2.Contending that there is non-compliance of the order and the conduct exhibited by the respondent/fourth respondent amounted to willfull disobedience to the order passed by the Court, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the interim order, dated 05.08.2016, passed by this Court in W.M.P(MD)No.8612 of 2016 in W.P(MD)No.11249 of 2016, has been complied with.
