Prayer in WA(MD). 10510 and 1051/ 2013 :

To prefer the memorandum of grounds of WA against the order dated 12.04.2012 made in WP(MD).Nos.13465 and 13466 of 2011 passed by Honble Court on the following among other grounds. For Petitioner : Mr.N.Sivakumar For Respondent : Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER [Common Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the Government Order in Na.Ka.No.4186/m1/2010, dated 05.07.2017, by which the services of the petitioners were regularised. But, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the said order cannot be termed as absolute compliance of the order passed.

2. If that is the grievance of the petitioners, the remedy lies elsewhere. Inasmuch as Government Order has been passed, we do not find any willful disobedience on the part of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent. Hence, the contempt petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
