ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta based on his representation. It appears that the petitioner's vendors were having patta. However, sub divisioning was not made. The first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, issue notice to all the interested persons and thereafter pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Issuance of patta to the petitioner will abide by the outcome of the proceedings before the first respondent. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
