Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to approve the appointment made by the petitioner school appointing one K.R. Suresh Babu as Record Clerk in the sanctioned post with from 1.06.2012 and consequently direct the Respondents to pay the salary to K.R. Suresh Babu through the petitioner school from the date of his appointment as Record Clerk namely 1.06.2012 with all attendant benefits by considering the proposal of the petitioner school dated 21.01.2013 and 27.1.2014.
