Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the fourth respondent in A.Dhi.Mu.No.1757/Aa3/dated 8.5.2015 and the proceedings of the fourth respondent in Mu.Mu.No.4476/Aa3/15 dated 28.8.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the fourth respondent to approve the proposal made by the petitioner school appointing one K.N.Balaji as Lab Assistant in the sanctioned post with effect from 8.1.2015 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direct the respondents to pay salary to the said K.N.Balaji through the petitioner school with all attendant benefits by considering the proposals of the petitioner school dated 16.03.2015 and 17.08.2015.
