PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records pertaining to the case registered in First Information Report in Crime No.141 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal.

For R-2 : Mr.A.Feroz Khan O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.141 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452, 294(b), 323, 324, 342 and 506(ii) IPC on the file of the first respondent against the petitioners herein.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioners and the second respondent / defacto complainant have entered into a compromise and they are ready to file a compromise memo before the concerned Investigating Officer.

3. In view of the above, the petitioners and the second respondent are directed to file a compromise memo before the concerned Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from the date of reciept of a copy of this order and after receipt of the same, the concerned Police is directed to close the case as "Action Dropped" within a period of two weeks thereafter, if compromise is arrived at between the parties. 2/4

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
