By this petition, the petitioner seeks to implead the joint pattadhars as the 5th and 6th respondents.

2.Learned counsel accepts notice for the 5th and 6th respondents. He has no objection to the impleading petition being allowed.

3.Since the proposed respondents are joint pattadhars, they are necessary parties. Therefore, this petition is allowed as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendments in the main writ petition.
