[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.] The Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, dated 28.03.2016, in M.P.(MD)No.2 of 2014 in W.A.(MD)No.1014 of 2014.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the main Writ Appeal has been dismissed and this Contempt Petition arising out of an interim order. Therefore, we close the Contempt Petition and directed the respondent to abide by the direction issued in the writ appeal.
