: Contemnor/Respondent PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent herein for his deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 15.03.2016, in W.P.(MD)No.20374 of 2015. Prayer in WP(MD). 20374/ 2015 : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 1st respondent herein in GO.Ms.No.115 (School Education Department) dt.30.05.2007 and the consequential proceedings issued by the 4th respondent herein in A.Thi.Mu.No.2263/A1/15 dt.26.05.2015, quash the same, and further direct the 4th respondent herein to approve forthwith the appointment of K.Muniyandi as Sweeper-cum-Scavenger (Full time) from 11.05.2015 in the petitioner-school with salary and other attendant benefits.
