Contempt Petitions filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act, 1971 praying to punish the respondents for wilfully disobeying the orders passed in W.M.P.(MD)Nos.9633, 9634 and 9635 of 2016 in W.P.(MD)Nos.12730, 12731 and 12732 of 2016 dated 20.07.2016.

To grant an order of Interim Direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to make the payment of salary to the petitioner in the post of Junior Assistant from the date of initial appointment, pending disposal of WP Prayer in WP(MD). 12730/ 2016 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to approve the appointment of the Petitioner in the Post of Lab Assistant in the 4th Respondent School from the date of initial appointment on 01.07.2016 and to make the payment of salary from the date of initial appointment with all consequential and other attendant benefits, within a time frame to be fixed by this Honble Court. Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the regular sanctioned post of Junior Assistant in the 4th respondent school from the date of appointment on 05/08/2015 and to make the payment of salary with interest and other service benefits.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Junior Assistant in the 4th respondent school from the date of initial appointment on 20.06.2016 and to make the payment of salary from the date of initial appointment with all consequential and other attendant benefits, within a time frame to be fixed by this Honble Court., For Petitioners in all Cont Petitions : Mr.G.Sankaran For Respondents in all Cont.Petitions :Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER This Court by the order dated 20.07.2016, directed the respondents to pay salary prospectively to the petitioners. 2.Contending that there is no compliance of the orders and the

conduct exhibited by the respondents amounted to wilful disobedience to the orders passed by this Court, these Contempt Petitions have been filed.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the orders passed by this Court have been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings issued by the third respondent dated 04.11.2016 and 26.10.2016 to that effect.
