ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for wilfull disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21839 of 2015, dated 19.11.2015. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner herein, the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.886/2015 for offences under Sections 465, 427 and 506(i) IPC.

3. Recording the same, as the order of this Court has been complied with, this petition is closed and the contemnors are discharged.
