Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Impugned Notification / Advertisement No.2/2014 dated 14.07.2014 issued by the third respondent and quash the same and consequetnly direct the respondents to absorb the Block Resource teacher Educators including the petitioner as Graduate teacher (BT Assistant) in Government High and Higher Secondary Schools in pursuance of G.O. (Ms.) No. 158, School Education (C2) Department dated 07.09.2006 every year.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that third respondent has sent a proposal to the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.849/C4/E1/2017, dated 24.07.2017.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in such view of the matter, the respondents may be directed to pass appropriate orders.

4. Considering the above submission, the first respondent shall pass orders on the proposal sent by the third respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Contempt Petition is closed.
