Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.RAJASEKAR, Advocate for M/S.LAJAPATHI ROY ASSOCIATES, for the petitioner and of MR.B.NAMBI SELVAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.13703 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD)No.883 of 2023 dated 26.09.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 2/3
