(MD).9701 OF 2015 dated 19.06.2015.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to forthwith settle the salary arrears, provident fund contribution, gratuity and other legally payable amounts to me within a period stupulated by this Honble Court by considering petitioner representation dated 3.2.2015.

ORDER

This Court by the order dated 19.06.2015 directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.02.2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.Contending that there is no compliance of the order and the conduct exhibited by the respondents amounted to willfull disobedience to the order passed by this Court, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the proceedings dated 05.09.2016 whereunder, it is stated that representation of the petitioner dated 03.02.2015 has been considered and the amounts to be paid to the petitioner have been arrived at.

4.Nothing survives for adjudication as the compliance has been reported. Hence, the contempt petition is closed.
